1. Submit registration on line. Fill out entire form and "submit".

2. Payment can be made:

  • In the full amount at the close of registration using a credit card.
  • By check to North Valley Hockey & Sports Complex, 250 Walsh Avenue PO Box 146 Hamilton City, CA 95951 ***MAKE SURE TO PUT PLAYER(S) NAME IN MEMO OF THE CHECK*** Pay at front counter.

Select the "Pay by Check" option if you believe you have "credit on our books" and it is not reflected in the "amount due" at the close of registration.
